You are dying for a great cup of coffee, or better yet an espresso drink. The sign on the top of the pristine brick building says Starbucks. Too strong, one might say, too expensive?
There is a drive thru. Should you try it? The cup you had this morning at breakfast was just ok, and you are dying for one that is awesome. There is always a line at the drive-thru at the Starbucks Coffee Company on Westshore in Holland, Michigan. It must be good, why else are they always busy. Turn in! No just drive by, no go, you might argue with yourself. You pull in line, its your turn, you place your order and pray to the coffee gods that its a good one, while waiting you hear the guy at the window say to someone inside, "It's all about chemistry."
The guy hands you your drink and you take a sip. That guy knows what he is talking about ahhhhhhhhhh. Yummy.
For those of you who love a perfectly made espresso drink when you taste one, try stopping by the drive-thru Starbucks in Holland. If you go inside you'll find out "the guy" is store manager Mitch Disselkoen. Well worth the money, well worth the short wait.
